Summary: 2004-02-23 09:14:00 I don't know why many people bought this over the BOSS BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN back in 1984. Now there are great classic songs like Purple Rain, Let's Go Crazy, I Would Die 4 U and When Doves Cry. Now what really sucked is the rest of the album. Not only was there pure screaming and nonsence noize but there was a song about MASTERBATING that should not have been on that album. Now Prince, why didn't you let your fans know about your other trashy songs??

Summary: 2002-08-06 11:03:00 Prince is another talent. I am not really a big fan of this type of music, but there is no denying his ability to create music of different styles. I give credit where it is due. I just have a problem with bands that do the same thing over and over again, or are vanilla, overproduced junk like Martin, Spears, and N'Sync.

Summary: 2001-01-10 04:08:00 In the mid 1980's this Prince album was the beginning of a rock and pop revolution. Although it still contained the feel good sound of teen music, a free feeling vibe carried on by Seattle's grunge bands was formed. Even though I don't like all the songs it is overall still a pretty good album.
