Summary: 2004-06-28 00:00:00 Hi we're Aerosmith. We never had any talent and totally lost our edge when we got of the drugs. We've got a pretty sweet deal with MTV to make boring, bubble gum rock videos for the rest of our boring middle ages. We promise to make every song as boring and painful as possible, include our no-talent daughters in as many videos as possible and milk Sweet Emotion (our only halfway decent song) to death. Oh yeah, and Steve promises to keep doing that predictable bit with the mic stnad all the time, we never get tired of that. Look for our next album, we want to get it packaged with a Hilary Duff album but her stuff is a little raw for us.

Summary: 2006-02-09 08:04:00 This and "Rocks" were their best albums IMO. 1975 was simply NOT a good year for rock albums, this album, "Blood On the Tracks" and "Physical Graffiti" are the best that I can recall off the top of my head.

Summary: 2005-07-04 05:11:00 Their best album and one that should be in the top 10 here. Not a duff tune and several highlights - Walk This Way, Sweet Emotion, Uncle Salty and the title track. Maybe they are Stones influenced, but this is better than anything they've ever done.

Summary: 2005-06-27 06:12:00 I liked this album a lot in high school. It was derivative, and it was obvious these guys were ripping off the Rolling Stones, but then so did the NY Dolls, a band I revere, and a lot of other bands who did pretty good albums. If you are going to rip somebody off, make it somebody worthwhile, like the Stones. This album seemed to represent Aerosmith at their peak. Their albums after this quickly deteriorated, and then they supposedly went on hiatus to get off of drugs. Cleaned up, they resumed their career, but you would never know it was the same band. Banal? Puerile? Insipid? They had become all these things in just a few short drug-free years. Not that I ever qualified as a "fan" but it was sort of sad in a way, although I'm sure these guys are laughing all the way to the bank. I'm not a proponent of drug abuse by any means, but as soon as they cleaned up their act, their music couldn't have been more boringly banal than if they had gotten Huey Lewis to write their songs for them.

Summary: 2002-01-31 00:00:00 A true classic, if you like Rock N Roll you are going to love this CD. It is almost like an early greatest hits because there is not a bad track on it.
