**BEWARE**DO NOT BUY FROM DEALER COST CAR AUDIO** I am a pretty laid back and understanding guy but this place is ridiculous. They are so bad that I actually think they are just an INTERNET SCAM. Here is the quick synopsis. I ordered a stereo and speakers for around 200 bucks. I get an email saying the items were shipped. A week later I call and get told the items were backordered. Hmmm weird. I give them a couple of days then decide to cancel my order. …Long story short after NUMEROUS calls and emails, they have not refunded my money. Every time I call they tell me it’ll be refunded within the week…still no refund. I called my bank and the bank gave me my money and they are going to peruse it for me. I also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau….DO NOT BUY FROM THEM…On top of all this they were rude and treated me like I was in the wrong… Overall Rating

This is not a company but an organized group of people that will charge immediately for the purchase and do not ship the merchandise. They keep your money until you dispute the charge. I have contacts in UPS, and they could verify that this business initiates a shipping to get a tracking # but never ship anything, repeatedly. I was lied to for 8 weeks, with the same excuses posted by others in this list. Backorders, warehouse delays, etc. I called my Credit Card company and disputed the charge, which was taken from this business right away. The lady on the phone told me that they are aware of many disputes to this merchant. Robert Jones is the same guy writing e-mails and answering the phone (if they do). The positive reviews that you can find here are all written by their staff. I called the manufacturer of the product that I was waiting for, and they had no delays or backorders in any product. THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM, RUN BY LIARS. BEWARE. Overall Rating

Placed order on OCT15th, three weeks later they still don't have the product. Their email says "we will take care of it". Requested to cancel the order. Their reply was "we will try". Until today they still won't ship it or cancel it. Overall Rating

I'm generally a rational person, but I am beyond that now. I placed an order (for in stock items) in the beginning of September and it is now late November and have not received my items or a refund. They wouldn't even agree to cancel the order for over 30 days. Now I keep getting promised a refund. Tomorrow I will leave work early and go to the bank and figure out whatever paperwork needs to be done to get my refund. I've had tons of emails and have waited on the phone for several hours dealing with the slime that works there. I'm just so pissed. I do not have time to deal with this crap. Do yourself a favor. DO NOT HAVE DEALINGS WITH THESE THIEVES!!!!!!!!!!! Overall Rating

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They charged my credit card immediately, even though the product was not in stock. After about a month with no clear indication if I would ever get the sound deadner I had ordered, I canceled the order, it's now been a month and I don't have my money back yet. Bought a Viper 5901 alarm system for my car. I received it promptly. Best news, free wiring diagrams for my specific make, model, and year of car was included. Free of charge. No other site can offer this, and no other site tries to. I don't know about the rest, but I will always use them for all my car audio needs. Don't waste your time with these guys. After seven business days they could not give an estimate of when the order would ship. Hold times are 30 mins to an hour+. They do reply to emails but only with vague information. They are clueless. Check other reviews...they are full of similar stories to this one. I should have researched better. Overall Rating

I order and paid for items on 9/20 and received the first partial shipment on 11/16. I'm still waiting on the rest of the items or a refund. They told me multiple times the items would be shipped and they were not. I was also told the would receive a refund for the items that were not shipped and I'm still waiting. Do Not Buy From DCCA. You Will Be Defrauded! I lost $400 dollars with these guys. They will never ship your merchandise. They will never refund your money. They will just string you along and tell you to wait endlessly. I have contacted my bank to dispute the charge as well as the FBI to file a complaint. If you have been defrauded by them use this link (http://www.fbi.gov/ - select internet crime on the left hand side) to file a complaint. Maybe we can get these guys shut down and arrested. I went to pick up products from their facility down in southern california. HUGE PLACE! I was like a kid in a candy shop! Great selection, a lot in stock. I personally met Simon, a sales rep who helped me out with what I want. I was going for a full setup, and bought 6 things. They are awesome, and you cannot beat their 3 year warranty. Overall Rating

Wow everyone's story is like mine (except those who didn't have a back-order problem.) This company doesn't even think it's a problem to hold your money without delivering your purchase. I wish you could see my emails they just try to string you along so they can keep your money as long as possible. After 15 days of being promised it would be shipped in a couple of days I canceled my order on 11/02/09 That took five email replies to do. Today is 11/11/09 and I still haven't been refunded. Wow talk about customer abuse. I would not be writing this if they had put a two star effort at telling me the truth and refunding my money. FOR ALL YOU WHO GAVE A 5 STAR RATING YOU BETTER HOPE YOU DON'T HAVE A PROBLEM OR NEED WARRANTY, BECAUSE THEN YOU'LL WISH YOU HAD NEVER BOUGHT FROM THESE HACKS.   Overall Rating

Best dealer period. Fastest shipments, and the best quality gear. When they say factory sealed, it means it is actually factory sealed. I got a free dash kit and wiring harness with my stereo, and all the technical support one may ever need all their life. I would recommend them to everyone I Know. So i try and try over again solve the problem with this seller. A dealer who says called "Mr. Robert Jones" tells me... "we're working on it"...and it passed already one month!!! I never got a satisfactory answer to resolve the problem. My money is with these thieves, and i want to know where and how i do to decunciate this thives of any Governamental company to try received my money back or the products what I bought. they are thieves of clean face. Beware! I am writing from Greece. I have bought many items from several US Companies and I have to say that most of them were professionals. But this company is a nightmare. For sure it is not a Company! I ordered and paid a car alarm (Viper 5900) from this seller on 14/9/2009. According to their “site” the time about shipping is the following: “3-7 business days & all orders ship within 7 business days, but fact being 95% of our orders ship within 24-48 hours”. Until 24/10/2009 they had not shipped anything to me, only cheap excuses.On 24/10/2009 my Order was cancelled and they promised a Full refund immediately (as they got my money immediately). Until now I did not get anything back (I mean money)… except from this email on 2/11/2009: “So you would 100% rather have a refund?”??? Overall Rating

Fast free shipping, I bought some Alpine woofers off DCCA and was surprised how fast I got them. Initially, they did not charge my card until they verified I was the cardholder, which was very respectful. Secondly, I received my purchased within less than a week, brand new and untouched. Excellent prices, excellent service, fast delivery. What more can you ask for? What people have to understand when searching reviews, is that the only people typically leaving reviews, are the unhappy customers. I never got an email from dcca asking me to leave them a review, which was very respectful on their behalf. I hate when merchant's flood my email box with requests to leave reviews. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I placed a 3000.00 order with them back on 16 AUG 09... Still to date all they give me is the run around!!! Just got off the phone with Nader the GM and he was full of excusess... Warehouse this shipping that. Yet they promised to meet my timeline of 8 Oct 09 and took my money right away back in Aug!!! This is by far the worse online company I have ever delt with. Do yourself a favor and order from Crutchfield or anybody that has a good rating. It will save you a lot of time and money. The only good comment I can give these guy's is they do answer e-mails and I have been able to contact them over the phone. I ordered over $400.00 worth of equipment and every week over a 6 week period was told that one amp was back ordered, then the other amp was back ordered then the excuse was the shipping warehouse was backed up and could not get orders out fast enough to keep up with order placements. I got an email yesterday stating they cancelled my order at my request and it would be 7 - 14 days before the credit will show on my card, but the charge showed up instantly on my card. I read reviews on this company after the fact and most have waited as long if not longer to actually get the credit back they were charged. These guys are doing nothing but making money off drawing interest against charges they place on your card. I'm sure you have all heard the term "when hell freezes over", well that's when you may get your order or credit from them. Overall Rating
