My first order; so I await the product, a pair of overboots to help negotiate the slush and snow when i depart the aiport in Ohio from Florida. Supposedly fits in a small bag that will go in my carry on. I wanted knee length overboots and not shoe galosses. |

Sneaky, sneaky... the web page says "free standard shipping" in big prominent letters. The TRUTH is, ONLY on some items... just not on what I ordered. I WOULD have ordered more items but, they were NOT "free shipping" either. Seems that only second tier brands are shipped free... |

Ran into some difficulties with site navigation, particularly the search engine, it's pretty useless. Also when checking out, the first several times i tried, after business hours, and the site would not give me the option to process the order, even after all the information bugs were worked out. Aside from web related difficulties merchant is very good. |
