I am very un happy with how long it takes to get your order I have been waiting for it for one week now I checked my e-mail this morning and now it is saying appx my order will arrive on dec 4. This is unexactable I will not be ordering from here any more. |

I paid for expedited shipping because I wanted the item in 2 days. Their shipping policy online states they ship same day as long as the item is ordered before 12pm. They did not ship until October 6, which is 4 days after I ordered the product, the day that I expected to get the item. Not only did they not follow their shipping policy, they still charged me for expedited shipping, AND they are refusing to respond to my emails. This is just bad business. It seems that as far as they are concerned, as long as I have recieved my product, it doesnt matter that they charged me extra for shipping. I will NEVER shop with them again, because they are more expensive AND they have bad customer service. |

The product prices are very good. The shipping took a little time they ran out of the product but when they got it in the 2nd day air to me. Very polite on the phone good customer service would buy again. |

The Bizrate survey at the completion of the order was a disaster. Where do I get to rate bizrate? We live in a rural area without access to braodband. We are sick and tired of the hitech hubris of the techno goons that discrimate against Americans who do not live inside the broadband goldfish bowl. I advise VitaminDeal to get out of their deal with Bizrate as soon as possible and tell them not to let the door slap their ass on the way out. |

Since I ordered OVER $150.00 in product, I can't understand why all references to "Shipping Method" continue to refer to "Flat Rate Ground Shipping ($6.99). It seems that a "computer adjustment" should be made so that when a customer is entitled to free shipping the "Shipping Method" should say "Free Shipping". That should eliminate any doubt in your customers mind regarding shipping charges. Thank You and I hope you can see why I will be doubtful (until my order arrives) about whether shipping charges will be left off. |
