You might add a N/A on your radio buttons. Bad-Poor-Average-Good-Excellent-N/A Several of the questions did not apply to me but I had to answer the question. N/A would give you a better tally. |

Very Easy to work with. Shipping on some products in the past were a bit slow but the shipping charge amount was very low and very pleasing. Their email deals are the best deals ever and that is what I always check for computer parts that I am needing if ebay seems a bit high. I was looking to buy a certain GeForce 256mb graphics card today and ebay seemed a bit high so I checked my email and looked at Tiger Direct's email deal that they had just sent me and saw the right graphics card I needed! |

There was an error in ordering. I presume that it was my error in what i thought i was ordering. However, when I called for a RA I was treated well and had no problem receiving the authorization. |

I am an international client. I can´t use my credit card to send a gift to my family in US. I must pay with a wire transfer. This problem doesn´t exist in Amazon. For me, this is a bad service. |

I have shopped at TigerDirect.com several times, as has my husband. We always recommend our family and friends to shop here because you get the most for your money. In the seven years I have been doing business with TigerDirect, not only have I never had a problem, no one I have recommended has ever had a problem either. |
