Received product as intended. Seems to be working properly. No problems with shipping or anything else. The plug in to the pc is at a 90 degree angle, works better than original equipment from Toshiba. Probably wont break, as it doesnt stick out as far as the factory plug. Thanks ReplacemenPower.com |

The check-out process was great. However, I am assuming that since I paid for next day, it will be here tomorrow (friday)Especially since it is before noon where the merchant is located. No confirmation of the delivery date was given. |

The merchant had the item I was looking to purchase at a very good price, half of what the manufacturer wanted for it. The website was a little slow to load. I have a high-speed Internet connection, but it still seemed to take longer than normal for various pages on the website to load. |

I was very pleased to find this site. It is difficult to find a replacement power adapter for a monitor. Unfortunately, the monitor connector did not fit. It was slightly smaller than the pin it had to plug into. The Replacement Power rep was great about arranging a return.5 |

I really didn't see any information on shipping other than the choices available; I have no idea how long 'ground' takes for example. Sometimes that is important. (It wasn't in this case, but I have had to order items before that I needed within a week to ten days but didn't want to pay double for 2 day or overnight shipping). |

Thank you for providing a competitive alternative to HP. The computer battery I ordered had a defective cell but when I called Replacement Power, I was told a new battery would be sent immediately with prepaid postage for the return of the defective one. I am impressed! Thanks so much! |
