I called because there was a problem with the website and I was told it would be looked into and I would be called back. I was called back in less than an hour and was able to place my order. I think that's pretty good service. |

Ordered Popcorn Hour A-110 and chose the local pickup option. The product was ready the next morning and it was a very easy process. Great price and trouble free local pickup. The best thing is they do not charge a "processing free" for pickups. |

Easy ordering system. Clearly describes product, current stock and expected availability if out of stock. Only piece of constructive criticism would be to provide details on the different classes of shipping, ie. UPS Express is 1 Business day by 10:30am, etc. |

Have purchased from the vendor many times in the past - good service, good product, will continue to shop here. As this was a "special order" item the question "How many business days did it take..." is not applicable and I put 0 days as the real number would appear to be unfair to the merchant. |

pick-up time specified on website of closing at 10pm but when I called I was told to be there at 9:15 because the only person who was there had to leave early. If I hadn't call first I would have wasted my time driving all the way there. |
