This is my first time to use this merchant; Naturamart. I may plan on using them again in the future - if their products work out good. I like thier free shipping; which the other 2 websites did not have; unless I ordered $90 or more product from them. Thanks. |

I was amazed to receive my order as soon as I did. I purchased the same item at a substantial price difference and a nutritional store the day before my Nutramart order arrived. If I had know they were this efficient I would have waited it out. This was my first order. They will certainly have my business in the future. |

The site is easy to navigate, placing an order was a cinch too, shipping was free for my order which was great! However, there is no way to check on the delivery status, I was sent an e-mail with an attached link to check on the shipping anytime but it only had the order details nothing else, absolutely no info on the delivery status. Overall I got a great deal and like the website. |

The order was shipped short product after a very lengthy wait. Worse was the lack of communication telling me about the shortage and/or if/and when they would be shipping the shortage. Customer Service is very lacking-I am very disappointed! |

This site has terrific sales and good quality products. The low rating I gave them on on "out of stock" notices had to do with just one order. They were apparently out of stock, but the site didn't show it, and I didn't receive a notice of order shipping after a week had passed. So I contacted them. The email response was very friendly, and explained the situation. It all worked out. However, to save having the customer contact them, if they see they are out of stock when an order arrives, it would be better to send the customer an immediate email notification. Over-all, I really like this site, and will continue to order from them. |

Nextag lists "Free Shipping" on this product. When you get to Naturamart.com, $6.75 shipping doesn't add on until AFTER you complete your order. I emailed Naturamart and got no reply. I followed up with a phone call & was told I would be refunded $6.75 because I included the link. I waited two billing cycles (as instructed) and called back and was told that I wasn't getting the shipping back. I will NEVER use this vendor again & I must take this product for life. |

To your credit, I have never before encountered a sale on the product I ordered. Negatively, your English is poor. When I read "20% of the entire order" and then "Additional 20% off" the product I ordered ... that does NOT equate to ... 20%. I still ordered. The discount was welcome. The wording, however, was deceptive. |
