After pairing the personnel down to a duo, Rachel Stolte's soulful range as a vocalist still guides the band's trademark dreamy fuzz pop. And while some may criticize this release as being a bit too polished, the intermittently catchy hooks will reel listeners back in even while he and she are mesmerized by those languid soundscapes. |
